How I get started?

Few of you might be wondering how I develop my interest in enzymes and my passion in homemade enzyme juice. To be franked with you I am not a qualified nutritionist but no doubts I did learned something when I was in beautician course few years ago.

It's all started when I had my reading at MPH bookstore. An enzymes book that thaught me on how to make my first jar of enzyme - apple and orange enzyme. At the later stage, more and more people talking about enzyme making and its benefit in our health. As of now, I've tried many types of fruit enzymes. I am happy with what I've made and I'm proud of myself to be able to share my experience with you guys.
